Completed in 2018, 3 World Trade Center is a 329-meter-tall, 80-story glass skyscraper in Lower Manhattan designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners as part of the rebuilt World Trade Center complex. Located on Greenwich Street along the eastern side of the site, the tower replaced the original 3 World Trade Center—the Marriott hotel destroyed in the September 11 attacks. Initially planned as a taller structure, construction was interrupted by the absence of an anchor tenant before resuming in 2014 after advertising company GroupM committed to occupancy. The building's core was completed in August 2016, with the perimeter steel structure finished the following October. Currently the tenth-tallest building in New York City, it is managed by Silverstein Properties under a ground lease with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
