Completed in 2009, 300 North LaSalle is a 60-story mixed-use skyscraper designed by Pickard Chilton and located on the north bank of the Chicago River in Chicago's Near North Side. Rising 239 meters, the building encompasses 1.3 million square feet of offices, retail, restaurants, and public spaces, alongside three levels of underground parking. A defining feature is its half-acre sunlit waterfront public garden with direct river access, reflecting the building's prominent position on the Chicago River's edge. The structural steel was fabricated and erected by Cives Steel Co., with detailing by Maine Detailers. The Irvine Company owns the property.
