Address Downtown is a 63-story, 302.2-meter Art Deco supertall tower completed in 2008 in Dubai's Downtown Dubai area, designed by the architectural firm Atkins. Built by Emaar Properties, the mixed-use skyscraper combines hotel and residential functions within its striking vertical composition, marking a significant addition to the emirate's skyline during the mid-2000s construction boom.
