The Antrim County Courthouse stands on South Cayuga Street in Bellaire, Michigan, a Victorian-era government building with a notably delayed construction history. Designed in 1879, the building did not begin construction until 1904, a quarter-century after its initial architectural conception. Designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1974 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980, it continues to serve as the seat of local judicial authority, housing the Antrim County courts and prosecuting attorney as of 2014.
