The Cathedral of Our Lady of Bzommar in the Prado neighborhood of Montevideo serves as the co-cathedral of the Armenian Catholic Apostolic Exarchate of Latin America and Mexico. Built in the Armenian architectural tradition, it is dedicated to Our Lady of Bzommar, the patroness of Armenian Catholics, and functions as a vital spiritual and cultural center for Uruguay's Armenian community.
