The Asemapäällikönhovi, or Station Master's Court, is a mixed-use Brutalist complex completed in 1976 in Eastern Pasila, Helsinki, designed by architect Eino Tuompo. Spanning 15,921 square metres, the building combines commercial space (75 percent of the total) with 60 residential flats (25 percent). Its bold architecture has earned significant recognition: it was featured in the 2020 SOS Brutalism exhibition at the German Architecture Museum and is listed by Helsinki as an architectural attraction of historical significance. The residential tower includes communal amenities on its top floor—a heated swimming pool, two saunas with private booking slots, a gym, and two roof decks—alongside basement storage units for residents. The building is held in high regard by Emporis as a structure of substantial public and economic value.
