The Athens Concert Hall, located on Vasilissis Sofias Avenue in Athens, is a stripped classical structure of pentelic marble and glass designed by Emmanouil Vourekas and inaugurated in 1991. Initially built with two halls, the facility has since expanded to four performance spaces—two large and two smaller—totaling 8,000 square meters. The hall is optimally equipped for opera and hosts operatic performances seasonally. The design of the floor was undertaken by Christopher Alexander, whose work on the space is documented in his theoretical treatise *The Nature of Order*. The building benefits from proximity to the Megaro Moussikis station on Line 3 of the Athens Metro.
