Azabudai Hills is a complex of three skyscrapers completed in 2023 in the Azabudai business district of Minato ward, Tokyo. Designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects for exterior design, with interiors by Sou Fujimoto and low-level structures by Thomas Heatherwick, the complex was developed by Mori Building Company at a cost of approximately 640 billion yen. The centerpiece Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower became Japan's tallest building upon completion, surpassing Osaka's Abeno Harukas, and features notably large floor spaces. Negotiations with landowners began in 1989, with government authorization granted in 2017 and construction commencing in August 2019. The complex is strategically situated among related Mori Building projects—Roppongi Hills to the west, Toranomon Hills to the east, and Ark Hills to the north—and is directly connected to Kamiyachō Station on the Hibiya Line.
