The Bell Place–Locust Avenue Historic District in Yonkers, Westchester County, New York, encompasses eleven contributing residential buildings erected between 1855 and 1887. These medium-sized, two- to three-story single-family homes exemplify the High Victorian, Italian Villa, and Second Empire architectural styles characteristic of the era. Several properties retain their original carriage houses, preserving the domestic landscape of nineteenth-century suburban development. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
