The Billings-Cole House in Malvern, Arkansas, is a roughly cubical two-story residence designed by local architect Irven Donald McDaniel in 1948 for Dr. A. A. Billings. Set on a sloping lot with a partially exposed basement, the structure exemplifies a transitional approach between Art Moderne and International styles. A flat-roof porch wraps around its northeast corner, with a carport and elevated patio extending westward. McDaniel added the carport in 1952 and redesigned the basement for Dr. John W. Cole to serve as a medical office. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.
