Boone's Chapel, a diminutive single-storey structure in London's Borough of Lewisham, is attributed to Sir Christopher Wren and was built in 1683. Measuring only 45 square metres, the chapel exemplifies restrained late-seventeenth-century design through its red brickwork enlivened with Portland stone details around window architraves and rusticated quoins. A pyramidal roof crowned with an open wood cupola provides its principal architectural accent. Positioned adjacent to the Worshipful Company of Merchant Taylors almshouses on Lee High Road, it remains one of only two Grade I-listed buildings in the borough.
