Rising 200 metres above Nairobi, the Britam Tower is Kenya's tallest building, completed in 2017. Owned by British-American Investments Company, this high-tech concrete skyscraper features a distinctive prismatic form that evolves from a square footprint at ground level to a two-sided roof crowned with a 60-metre mast. The mast incorporates three helical wind turbines, integrating sustainable energy generation into its 32-storey commercial design. The building's geometric transformation and renewable energy features exemplify contemporary high-tech architecture's marriage of form and environmental consciousness.
