In Calne, Wiltshire, the Heritage Centre occupies a Grade II listed building erected in 1904 as a Carnegie library. Designed in Tudor Revival and Jacobethan styles, the structure reflects the architectural preferences of the early twentieth century, when such historicist modes were favored for public institutions. The building has since been repurposed as a heritage centre, serving the community in a new capacity while retaining its distinctive historical character.
