The Château de Bilstein is a castle ruin located in Riquewihr in the Haut-Rhin département of eastern France. The fortification originated in the 12th century and underwent expansion during the 14th century before its destruction in 1636. Now a classified historical monument since 1898, the ruin stands near the similarly ruined Château de Reichenstein, and both sites have become popular hiking destinations along the GR 5 trail.
