Château de Saint-Ulrich, located in Ribeauvillé in the Haut-Rhin département of France, is one of three castles overlooking the commune, alongside the Girsberg and Haut-Ribeaupierre. Built in 1200, it stands at an altitude of 528 metres and takes its modern name from a chapel dedicated to Saint Ulrich of Augsburg within its walls—though medieval texts knew it by the name of the Rappolstein dynasty, also called Ribeaupierre in French. The site is classified as a historical monument.
