The Church of St. Jacob in Klaipėda, Lithuania, was a Lutheran church serving the city's Prussian Lithuanian (Lietuvininkai) community, with roots tracing to 1687. After the Great Fire of Klaipėda in 1854 devastated the structure, the renowned Prussian architect Friedrich August Stüler designed its reconstruction, which was completed in the winter of 1856. The church was attended primarily by Lithuanian-speaking worshippers and stood near a parish school dedicated to the Lithuanian community. The building was demolished in 1959 by Soviet Armed Forces soldiers using tanks following World War II and Lithuania's incorporation into the Soviet Union, and despite discussions about reconstruction in the 1990s, it was never rebuilt.
