A small medieval Serbian Orthodox church in the village of Donja Kamenica, in Knjaževac Municipality in eastern Serbia, built in the 14th century when the region fell under the Second Bulgarian Empire's Vidin appanage. The Church of the Holy Mother of God is architecturally distinctive for its unusual Byzantine style, particularly its elevated narthex flanked by two sharply pointed towers—features suggesting Hungarian or Transylvanian influence that are atypical of medieval Bulgarian church architecture. The interior is richly ornamented with eleven frescoes of historical figures, including a portrait captioned as a despot whose identification remains uncertain among art historians, alongside canonical murals stylistically assigned to the 14th–15th century. The structure was reconstructed in 1958 and has been protected as an Immovable Cultural Heritage of Great Importance since 1982.
