Standing on the shore of Ganoga Lake in Colley Township, Sullivan County, Pennsylvania, the Clemuel Ricketts Mansion is a Georgian-style house built of sandstone in 1852 or 1855. Originally constructed as a hunting lodge, it evolved to serve multiple purposes—tavern, post office, and hotel—before becoming the Ricketts family's summer residence after 1903. The L-shaped structure, two-and-a-half stories tall with stone walls two feet thick, exemplifies Georgian vernacular architecture. A matching north wing was added in 1913 along with renovations that introduced dormers and new windows. The house retains its seven rooms, four porches, and original hardware and woodwork, though modern plumbing and electrical systems have since been installed. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 and included in the Historic American Buildings Survey in 1936, the mansion now serves as the Ganoga Lake Association's clubhouse and is not open to the public.
