Kingston Hall is a historic Georgian residence located along the Big Annemessex River in Kingston, Somerset County, Maryland. The two-story-plus-attic brick dwelling, three bays wide by two deep, exemplifies the style characteristic of its era, featuring corner fireplaces throughout its interior and woodwork mouldings in a transitional manner that bridges late Georgian and Federal aesthetics. A one-story brick hyphen connects the main house to a two-story-plus-loft brick kitchen wing, while a circular brick ice house stands on the property, contributing to the domestic complex's architectural character. The site is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
