Washingtonian Hall, also known as the Amos Patterson House, is a two-story Federal style residence built in 1799–1800 in Endwell, Broome County, New York, overlooking the Susquehanna River. Originally a five-bay frame structure with a center entrance, the house was relocated a short distance from its original site in 1924 and subsequently remodeled in the Colonial Revival style while retaining its period Federal architecture, moldings, and Palladian windows. The 4,800-square-foot house contains twenty rooms and four fireplaces; steam heating and electricity were installed in 1924–25. Amos and Ann Patterson originally purchased 600 acres of land in the Boston Ten Townships to establish their farm and this residence. Ancillary structures from the mid-1920s—including a garden house, pergola, and brick driveway—remain on the property, though a carriage barn and horse barn were demolished following severe damage in the 2006 flooding. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996, along with the Patterson Hooper family cemetery also located on the grounds.
