The Cottle County Courthouse Historic District encompasses 13.9 acres in downtown Paducah, Texas, centered on a four-story Art Deco courthouse designed by Wichita Falls architects Voelcker and Dixon in 1929–30. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004, the district preserves 40 contributing buildings and seven contributing structures arranged roughly between North 7th, North 10th, Garrett, and Easly Streets. The courthouse itself, designated both a State Antiquities Landmark and a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark, anchors the district, which also features Mission and Spanish Revival architecture, Early Commercial buildings, and at least one hotel, with construction by H.W. Underhill among its notable contributors.
