Delftse Poort is a twin-tower skyscraker complex designed by Abe Bonnema and completed in 1991 in Rotterdam, Netherlands, adjacent to Rotterdam Centraal railway station. The taller tower rises 151 meters across 41 stories, while the shorter companion reaches 93 meters with 25 floors, both anchored by a four-story multifunctional podium. Constructed between 1988 and 1991 at a cost of 240 million Dutch guilders, the complex required advanced engineering techniques due to a metro tunnel running beneath the site, limiting it to a single underground level. With 106,000 square meters of gross floor area and 28 elevators throughout, it long served as headquarters for the Dutch insurance company Nationale-Nederlanden. Tower I held the distinction of being the Netherlands' tallest office tower until May 2009. Following its 2015 reopening as a general-purpose office building by CBRE Global Investors, the complex has operated as a multi-tenant workspace.
