The Deloitte Tower is a 26-storey office building completed in May 2015 in Montreal, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox. Located between Windsor Station and the Bell Centre, it marked the city's first privately owned and financed commercial office tower in more than two decades. The structure comprises 495,000 square feet of office space and 20,000 square feet of retail space. The building's primary tenant is professional services firm Deloitte, which occupies 160,000 square feet, while Rio Tinto relocated its headquarters there, occupying approximately 190,000 square feet across the top eight floors. Owned by Cadillac Fairview, the tower forms part of a larger mixed-use development planned to include additional retail and residential components.
