Exchange Tower is a 36-storey International style skyscraper completed in 1981 in Toronto's Financial District at the corner of King and York Streets, designed by WZMH Architects. Rising 146 metres, the tower is part of the First Canadian Place complex and takes its name from the Toronto Stock Exchange, its most prominent tenant. Beyond the Stock Exchange, the building houses National Bank Financial, federal Department of Justice offices, and the Toronto campus of Ivey Business School. In 2018, Restaurant Brands International announced plans to relocate its head office to the tower. The building was constructed on the site of the former William H. Wright Building.
