The Dr. P. Phillips House, located at 135 Lucerne Circle Northeast in Orlando, Florida, is a Shingle style residence built in 1893 as a wedding gift from Colonel Peleg Peckham to his daughter. The house acquired its better-known name when Dr. Philip Phillips, a prominent figure in Central Florida's citrus industry, purchased it in 1912 and lived there until his death in 1959. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979, the home exemplifies Orlando's Shingle architectural tradition and now serves as an elegant banquet hall.
