Earnaness is a castle located in Götene Municipality in southern Sweden, registered as a protected monument in the Swedish heritage registry Fornminnesregistret. The site is historically significant as one of at least two locations in the region bearing variations of the same name—Earnanæs in Old English, Aranæs in Old Swedish, and Årnäs in modern Swedish—a nomenclatural pattern that has drawn scholarly attention since the nineteenth century.
