The Eaton–Prescott House in Reading, Massachusetts, is a Georgian structure with roots extending before 1757, when it acquired a leanto section that has since been removed or integrated into the main building. Its principal Georgian character is punctuated by a Greek Revival door surround dating to the 1830s–1840s. The house stood on Eaton family land since the late seventeenth century and remained within that family until 1902. Local architect Willard P. Adden purchased and restored the property around 1907 for his own residence, departing circa 1916. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
