The Tacna-Colmena Building is a 23-story brutalist skyscraper in Lima, Peru, completed in 1960 at the intersection of Tacna and Nicolás de Piérola avenues near Plaza San Martín. Standing 84 meters tall, it was the second-highest structure in Lima at the time of its completion and notably served as Peru's first building with anti-seismic construction. Built by the Peruvian company Propiedades Horizontales S.A., it originally housed the Cine Colmena cinema and the Banco Popular del Perú on its ground floor, with a private penthouse and pool crowning its roofline. Today the building functions as mixed-use office and residential space, remaining a visible landmark across the historic centre's periphery.
