EverBank Stadium is an American football facility in downtown Jacksonville, Florida, designed by Populous and opened in 1995 as Jacksonville Municipal Stadium on the site of the former Gator Bowl Stadium (built 1927), incorporating portions of the older structure. Located on the St. Johns River across ten acres, it serves as home to the Jacksonville Jaguars of the NFL and also hosts the professional wrestling promotions All Elite Wrestling and Ring of Honor. Beyond professional football, the stadium regularly accommodates college football, concerts, and major events, including the annual Florida–Georgia rivalry game and the Gator Bowl post-season college game. It hosted Super Bowl XXXIX in 2005 and is utilized by the U.S. men's national soccer team. The stadium has carried multiple names since its opening—Alltel Stadium from 1997 to 2006, EverBank Field from 2010 to 2018, and TIAA Bank Field briefly in 2018, before reverting to EverBank Stadium in 2023. During the 2021 NFL season, it temporarily housed the New Orleans Saints following their displacement by Hurricane Ida.
