Located in Falkenberg Municipality, Sweden, this modern town hall was designed by architect Lennart Tham following an extensive selection process that included three competitions before his appointment. Built between 1958 and 1959, the structure was inaugurated on 16 August 1960, marking Tham's final architectural work. The original design comprised three distinct sections, including a prominent glazed cube, and was later expanded with an additional wing in 1986. The building's construction required preliminary relocation of the town's fire station, which had previously occupied the site. Now listed as a protected structure since 2006, the town hall stands as a notable example of mid-twentieth-century Swedish modernism.
