The First United Building is an Art Deco office structure located on Escolta Street in Binondo, Manila, Philippines, designed by Andrés P. Luna (son of the celebrated painter Juan N. Luna) and completed in 1928. Also known as the Perez-Samanillo Building, it was the tallest building in Manila at the time of its completion, marking a significant architectural achievement in the city's early twentieth-century skyline.
