Fleming Hall stands on the campus of Western New Mexico University in Silver City as a 1917 Mission Revival structure designed by the architectural firm Trost & Trost. Originally built to house Science and Physical Education instruction, the building was remodeled in 1973 to serve as the university museum and alumni hall. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places since September 22, 1988, and on the New Mexico State Register of Cultural Properties, Fleming Hall represents an early twentieth-century interpretation of Mission Revival style applied to institutional educational use.
