Forum 66 is a twin-tower complex in Shenyang, Liaoning, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and developed by Hang Lung Properties. The first tower, completed in 2015, reaches 384 metres (1,260 feet) across 76 floors, making it a supertall skyscraper. The second tower, planned at 351 metres (1,152 feet) with 68 floors, has had its construction suspended as of 2026. The complex shares its Chinese name—市府恒隆广场 (Shìfǔ Hénglóng Guǎngchǎng)—with other Hang Lung Properties projects, including Plaza 66.
