Plaza 66 is a mixed-use commercial complex in Shanghai designed by New York–based architects Kohn Pedersen Fox, with James von Klemperer as lead designer. Developed by Hong Kong's Hang Lung Properties, the project comprises a five-level shopping mall spanning over 50,000 square metres and two office towers. The first tower, completed in 2001, rises 288 metres across 66 floors and ranks as Shanghai's seventh-tallest skyscraper; the second tower was completed in 2006 and stands 228 metres high. Located at 1266 Nanjing Road West in the Puxi area, the first tower received third place in the 2001 Emporis Skyscraper Award.
