The Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Toronto is a mixed-use complex in Toronto's Yorkville district that opened on October 5, 2012. Designed by architectsAlliance with Page and Steele as Architect of Record, the postmodern development comprises two towers: a 204-metre, 55-storey residential condominium tower and a 125-metre, 30-storey luxury hotel tower. Located at 60 Yorkville Avenue at Bay Street, the complex contains 259 hotel rooms, 210 private condominium units, a two-storey spa, Café Boulud (operated by renowned chef Daniel Boulud), and glass-enclosed event spaces. When completed, it ranked as Toronto's 10th tallest building, though subsequent construction lowered that position to 17th by 2017. The site's penthouse unit on the 55th floor sold for C$28 million in 2012, setting a Canadian record for the most expensive condominium unit at that time.
