The St. Regis Toronto is a 277-metre mixed-use skyscraper designed by Eberhard Zeidler and completed in 2012 in Toronto's Financial District at the southeast corner of Bay and Adelaide streets. Built by Talon International Development Inc., the tower stands as Canada's second-tallest building (including its spire) and Toronto's tallest mixed-use structure. Originally opened as the Trump International Hotel and Tower Toronto under management by the Trump Organization, the hotel portion was acquired by InnVest Hotels LP in 2017 and subsequently rebranded under Marriott International's St. Regis Hotels & Resorts following renovations completed in November 2018.
