The Four Seasons Hotel and Tower stands as a 70-story, 238-meter skyscraper completed in 2003 in downtown Miami's Brickell Financial District. Designed by Handel Architects in collaboration with Bermello Ajamil & Partners, the tower was Miami's tallest building until 2017, when Panorama Tower surpassed it. The structure combines a luxury Four Seasons Hotel with office and residential condominium spaces on the upper floors. Built with dense steel reinforcing and silica-fume concrete, engineered to withstand hurricane-force winds, the tower reflects Miami's need for resilient tall structures. Construction began in 2000, with post-tensioning reinforcement supplied by Suncoast Post-Tension.
