The Frank and Nelle Cochrane Woods House is a Renaissance Revival residence completed in 1916 in Lincoln, Nebraska, for Frank Woods, founder and president of the Lincoln Telephone and Telegraph Company, and his wife Nelle Cochrane. Designed by architect Paul V. Hyland, the house exemplifies the style through its hip roof crowned with red clay tiles, symmetrical elevations, smooth stucco walls, classical columns, and numerous arched openings. The property was added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 30, 1995.
