Located at 1234–1244 South 13th Street in Downtown Omaha, Nebraska, the G. C. Moses Block is a two-story Victorian commercial building completed in 1887 by the architectural firms Mendelssohn & Lawrie and Simonds & Linesay. Designed in the Late Victorian style, this 125-by-60-foot structure originally housed retail stores on the ground floor with apartments above, serving as a mixed-use building typical of late-nineteenth-century urban development. The facade is distinguished by projecting bronze bay windows that extend over the sidewalk along 13th Street, adding dimensional richness to the street frontage. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
