Located at 3615 West 25th Street in Little Rock, Arkansas, Garland Elementary School is a historic two-story masonry structure built in 1924 and finished in red brick with stone trim. The building combines Collegiate Gothic and Neoclassical architectural elements, though some of its original Gothic entrances have been obscured by subsequent additions made in 1938 and 1954. Named for local politician Augustus H. Garland, the school originally served the white student population before undergoing full integration in 1973. The building operated until its closure in 2001 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2018.
