The Gates Vascular Institute is a ten-story postmodern building in Buffalo, New York, completed in 2012 and designed by Mehrdad Yazdani of CannonDesign. Located at 875 Ellicott Street adjacent to Buffalo General Medical Center, the structure opened on May 24, 2012, as a specialized medical facility offering stroke care, cardiac surgery, and vascular services. The project represented a substantial investment of approximately $290 million and also houses the University at Buffalo's Clinical and Translational Research Center.
