Grace Church in Buena Vista, Colorado, is a Carpenter Gothic structure built in 1889 by the Lannan Brothers as an Episcopal church. The building exemplifies the style through its board and batten siding, lancet windows and door openings, and buttresses. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978, the church underwent significant restoration work that earned it the Colorado Historic Society's Stephen H. Hart Award in 2007. In 2002, it became home to a federated congregation uniting the local Episcopal and United Methodist communities, each maintaining separate corporate organization while sharing worship space on alternating Sundays.
