Heath Chapel, located in an isolated field in the former civil parish of Heath, Shropshire, stands as a remarkably preserved example of Norman architecture dating to around 1150. This small Anglican chapel, which serves the diocese of Hereford through the Ludlow Team Ministry, has earned recognition as "the perfect example of a rich little Norman chapel" from the authors of the Buildings of England series. Designated Grade I listed, it is nationally significant for having remained substantially unaltered in use, status, size, and style since its medieval foundation, making it an exceptionally intact record of twelfth-century parish ecclesiastical design.
