Hopelands is a historic country estate on Wampanoag Road in Warwick, Rhode Island, now serving as the campus of the Rocky Hill School. The property's centerpiece is a mansion whose origins trace to 1686, when a wood-frame structure was built as its western ell. In 1793, Thomas P. Ives and Hope (Brown) Ives constructed a Federal-style house and attached it to the earlier building, establishing one of Warwick's first country estates across 75 acres. The mansion received extensive Colonial Revival treatment in 1885 under the direction of Moses Goddard. The estate was acquired by Rocky Hill School in 1948 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
