The HOTO Business Tower in Zagreb, Croatia, is a postmodern skyscraper erected in 2004 as the first major office building constructed after the Croatian War of Independence. Standing 64.5 metres tall with 17 floors above ground and four levels below, the tower occupies a prominent position west of Savska Street, between the Cibona Tower and Zagrepčanka. With approximately 15,400 square metres of net leasable area and 250 underground parking spaces, it ranks among Zagreb's largest business towers. Initially housing the offices of T-Hrvatski Telekom, the Croatian telecommunications subsidiary, for roughly a decade, the building was acquired by SIGNA Property Funds in 2007 and has since served as a modern A-class office complex near the city centre.
