Strojarska Business Center is a major commercial and residential complex in the Trnje district of Zagreb, Croatia, completed in 2015. The development comprises six buildings, including two residential structures and two skyscrapers designed in postmodern style. Its flagship tower, Building B, rises 25 floors and reaches 96 meters, making it the tallest building in Zagreb and the second tallest in Croatia after Dalmatia Tower in Split. The complex features four underground parking levels accommodating 850 vehicles and was valued at approximately 750 million. Known as the VMD area, the center serves as headquarters for numerous major corporations including Oracle, Hrvatska Poštanska Banka, Toshiba, Unilever, and others. A public park and playground were planned for the adjacent land between the buildings and the bus station.
