The Imamzadeh Davood is a Shi'ite mausoleum and funerary complex located in Tehran County, Iran, combining Safavid and Qajar architectural traditions. The main structure, completed in the 16th century during the Safavid era, was substantially renovated by 1832 under Qajar patronage. The complex features a tower form and employs traditional materials including brick, stone, metal, and intricate aina-kari (mirror work), characteristic of Persian funerary architecture. Situated approximately 25 kilometers from the Haryas waterfall in Kan district, the imamzadeh reflects centuries of devotional practice and architectural refinement in Shi'ite sacred space.
