Industrial Building is a seven-story factory structure in Baltimore, Maryland, designed in 1912 by architect Theodore Wells Pietsch in the Chicago School style. The building employs reinforced concrete and steel-frame construction organized in an "E" plan, with large pivoted-sash windows that flood the workspace with light. Its front façade displays a symmetrical window arrangement anchored by a striking two-story round-arched entrance. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980, the building was earmarked for conversion to elderly housing during the 1980s, reflecting its adaptive reuse in the city's industrial landscape.
