The Isokon building, a Grade I listed residential block on Lawn Road in Belsize Park, Camden, was designed by Canadian engineer Wells Coates and completed in 1934. This reinforced-concrete structure, originally containing 32 flats and later expanded to 36, was commissioned by Molly and Jack Pritchard. Built in the Art Deco style, it represents an innovative approach to modern apartment living in interwar London.
