Designed by Bruce Goff in 1955 and completed in 1956, the John Frank House in Sapulpa, Oklahoma is a single-family residence built for John Frank, founder of Frankoma Pottery. The home was conceived as a showcase for the Franks' passion for ceramics, with John and Grace Lee Frank personally glazing and firing the decorative ceramic tiles that feature throughout the interior and exterior. Now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the house exemplifies Goff's distinctive approach to residential design during the mid-twentieth century.
